About A Place 4 Me

We want you to get the care you deserve.

Accessible, personalized mental healthcare — online or in person — for individuals and families across North Carolina.

About

Transforming mental healthcare

We are a group of mental health professionals with experience providing quality mental health care. As an agency, we support our members with therapy, medication management, coaching, and more. We help each client connect with a mental health professional who can meet their needs, available online or in person.

A safe space to relax

Appointments can be scheduled at our office setting, with private rooms and personalized care. Appointments can also take place in the comfort of your own home through video visits, so care stays convenient and flexible.

  • You are heard

Care begins with listening and understanding what matters to you.

  • Care fits your life

In-person and virtual options make support easier to access.

  • We move forward together

Individualized plans help clients and families build skills, stability, and hope.
